AUNT SALLY'S pralines are made in a Traditional Creole way, prepared daily, cooked in copper pots, hand poured and cooled on marble slabs. The recipe calls for a delicate balance of choice pecans, cane sugar, butter, evaporated milk and fine vanilla - sweet creamy, and rich. All of the ingredients melt in your mouth to create a heavenly experience.
Each praline weighs approximately 1.5 oz. and is three inches in diameter.
